Great deal with a nice creamy chipotle sauce. Portions were acceptable but not so much that the second tortilla is needed. Food was served fast and there was plenty of areas to sit.
The chicken tacos were amazing! You get 3 street tacos for $10. The location was a little hard to find...it faces the parking lot just to the left of the pizza restaurant.
WHAT A HIDDEN GEM OF KONA!!! This unassuming little shop provides me with hands down the best street tacos I have ever had! If offered the chipotle sauce, do not pass it up! Some of the best sauce I've had on a taco, I want to add it to my own repertoire at home! My family tried all three types of meat, the pork, chicken, and steak. Personally I always lean towards chicken more, but all three meats were great options. You couldn't go wrong! The man working was also so sweet. Everything is made to order and he does a wonderful job! Make sure to give this place a stop while you stay in Kona! Not to mention the prices were a steal!
BEST PLACE ON THE ISLAND!! I went here after seeing the sign on the street advertising three tacos for $9. Best decision I could have made. The food tasted so fresh, and you could see the tortillas being warmed up right in front of you. The people were very friendly, and the menu was very straightforward. Location was good if a bit hard to find. As mentioned before, however, the sign helped advertise the location. All in all, the best street tacos that I have ever had. I will absolutely be coming back to get more.
